--- title: The Case for a case slug: case4case description: Explanatory review of why we feel our situation is uniquely qualified for legal remedy. date: 2024-09-25T06:59:38-04:00 tags: - legal - justice - rights - security - lamar county - lamar - county officials - officials type: docs draft: true thumbnail: url: null author: null authorURL: null origin: null originURL: null categories: - Legal --- It has remained our belief from the beginning that rather than being a victim of incredible circumstance, we were in the least victims of intentional negligence, if not intentional targeting of a premeditated and organized plan. The critical difference between the two being the first is the result of naturally occurring circumstance, and the latter being the result of human intervention with either the intention to completely disregard our well being or the intention to cause harm. As a result, you can imagine how it came as no surprise as the exact same individuals who were involved in the prior planned construction of a solar power plant by our home, are either known or suspected of being involved in the current plot to further ostracize our family from the community, and pressure us into abandoning our families home since 1965. It was much more than this though, our family's safety was gambled in order for ensure we understood they no longer wanted us in our home, and not only were county officials completely aware what was going on, they were full participants the entire time. It was made fair clear, they couldn't care less what law they violated, or what inalienable right they disregarded. They have no integrity, and acted like we somehow deserved all of this. Let's make the first point exceptionally clear, what has occurred is more horrific than any mere "neighbor dispute" could be. Not all parties were involved are neighbors, and of those who are presently, are only here because of the illegal acts of a conspirator. Hilarious as it may be, the lawyer who signed off on the sale of property between. because of illegal this stuff started before they even set foot on the land across the street. You can't grant someone equal rights for communal property when it is their intent to destroy the communal property and everyone else in it.
