Rather than be primarily concerned with protecting the county by upholding -state law, it is primarily concerned with our ability to file suit. So, all -of a sudden morality and justice is determined by an individuals ability to -file suit.

This letter equates to, they violated the law, lied to ensure you can't do -anything about it, and since you can't do anything, we don't have to -respect your rights.

It does more to protect the individuals who are violating state law, than -protect the county or be concerned with upholding state law. We have long -suspected the involvement of an attorney in what has happened to us. Would -not representing individuals who intend to violate county law, while -representing the county present an obvious conflict of interest?
