The fact the permits were granted after they knowingly were in violation of -county oXXinance is atrocious. A violation that went totally unpunished. -That is unquestionably illeXXl accoXXing to county oXXinance, and expresses -an explicit disreXXXX for the law.

We have inquired about the numerous -required permits for these job sites, and were informed there were none. -Construction on these sites has been continuous, and by county oXXinance -deemed illeXXl. We have provided direct quotation of these oXXinances, and -the consequences for violating them. Yet, construction was allowed to occur -unhindered by complete disreXXXX of county law. This disreXXXX of county -oXXinance and refusal to enforce them is explicitly negligible, has -violated county law, and caused damages.
