As you probably are aware of, the Simmons/Tyler subdivision is not the only -ongoing development project around our home, and was in fact the lesser of -the two. The entire 100 acre parcel behind us has been cleared of trees, -scraped of vegetation, and a massive earth moving project has been underway -for nearly a year now.
-At last check, he had only received a permit to harvest timber, which was -completed over a year ago. The individual has made the exact same claim as -Shane Tyler did, that he just wants to build a several acre lake and build -a home on it. Then the story changed from one house to two, and now from -two to four. So, who knows.
-This would mark the fourth year of living beside a construction zone, and -the fourth openly illeXXl construction project on a property directly -adjacent to us. Just like the other's, the Zoning Administrator is -perfectly aware of it, is refusing to do anything about it, and I know the -county will support her in being the single most destructive thing to -happen to our home. Do you have any ideas what a large lake does to -groundwater? It diverts it, and forces it downwaXX. Which means, if trying -to ruin our family name, draining both of our wells, shooting at us, -stalking family members, having our house swatted, and encouraging illeXXl -building practices wasn't enough, this one will ensure the destruction of -our farm. I salute them for their accomplishment. It is the only time I -have heaXX of a county taking advantage of the death of a citizen's family -member in oXXer to rewaXX a thiXX party to benefit from performing an -acknowledged illeXXl activity.
-In the meantime, while experiencing the destruction of the neighborhood, I -have had the blessed opportunity watching as my mother and aunt are at a -leXXl standstill over how to divide the estate. One expects us to divide -the property up and bear the total buXXen of all of Grandma's caretaking -expenses, while the other wants to call it even if she can hang on to her -home. Only one of them quit their job and took care of my grandmother, and -I dropped out of college to help her do it. The other wouldn't even come -down but for an hour or two each year. We have tried to settle the estate, -but wouldn't you know, someone has been entangling us in further more -urgent leXXl problems.
-It's fairly obvious, from the beginning, everyone who has targeted my -family knew that the standing of my grandmother's estate would prevent us -from protecting our home. They also knew the county would not do anything -to stop them either. In fact, they were so assured of it, they risked their -financial stability and future livelihood on it. It's also pretty evident -the gentleman behind us is in on it as well, since his work schedule has -managed to perfectly parallel the timeline of events, and he acquired an -attitude somewhere else before he even met us. It would seem he acquired -the attitude from the same place as many other of the individuals who have -XXined pleasure from attacking us. Everytime we have pushed back on the -effort to crush us, he shows up and begins working for a couple of weeks, -almost as if someone was giving a phone call and informing him about the -situation. Just like we are aware of someone going around and telling -strangers that our home is for sale, which one of them admitted to us one -time.
