+Erica Tyler is the wife of the late Shane Tyler, the sister of Jessica McDaniel, and the Daughter of Donnie Simmons. She started where Shane took off, which was to develop the land our family needed for farming into a subdivision, and to continue to apply pressure on our family to move out.

+We never had a problem with neighbors until her family moved next door, immediately afterward, we experienced numerous acts of vandalism. Several no trespassing signs continuously were torn from trees numerous times. Our mailbox, with important tax information was stolen on the 23rd of December, just in time for Christmas. She was the first of the Tyler/Simmons clan to perform the continuous stalking, which began before the house was even built, and was the first to create trouble for us with law enforcement.

+One of the reasons we are certain of Alex Brian Abernathy's involvement in what has come to pass, is because Eric tried to threaten us by saying, "I am going to tell Abernathy on you!" To which we replied, "I hope so." [Citation Needed] As if we could be hurt worse than having our home destroyed by Abernathy's relative, Chief Matthews, and cronies.

+Lastly, merely as a point of information. The road Chief Matthews plowed through his neighbor's property, leads directly to Erica's house, which is odd. Chief Matthews bulldozed it through his neighbor's yard, before Erica's husband passed away and before his wife left him. According to sources [Citation Needed] his use of the road was only supposed to be a one time and a one direction arrangement, but his use of the road to the widow's house continues to be heavily until this day. With Erica widowed, and Chief Matthews divorced and present at Erica's every beg and call, it raises suspicion whether there were ulterior motives behind the creation of the road, and brokering the real estate deal.
