+It has remained our belief from the beginning that rather than being a victim of incredible circumstance, we were, in fact, the intended target of premeditated and organized plan to force us out of the neighborhood we have resided in since the late 1960s. The critical difference between the two being one is the result of naturally occurring circumstance, and the other being the result of malicious intent. As a result, it comes as no surprise to us that every person we encountered in the prior plan to build a solar power plant beside our home is either known to have played a role or suspect of being involved in the later plot. Which they were successful only by underhanded means of misrepresenting the truth, disregarding federal law, and cheating.
