Rather than be primarily concerned with protecting the county by upholding
+state law, it is primarily concerned with our ability to file suit. So, all
+of a sudden morality and justice is determined by an individuals ability to
+file suit.
+
This letter equates to, they violated the law, lied to ensure you can't do
+anything about it, and since you can't do anything, we don't have to
+respect your rights.

It does more to protect the individuals who are violating state law, than
+protect the county or be concerned with upholding state law. We have long
+suspected the involvement of an attorney in what has happened to us. Would
+not representing individuals who intend to violate county law, while
+representing the county present an obvious conflict of interest?
