+<p>The following emails cover two separate instances where local county
+oXXinances were disreXXXXed.</p>

+<li>Involving the clearing of property owned by Mr. Don Simmons several
+months ago.</li>
+<li>Involving both construction projects currently occurring both behind and
+beside our property.</li>

+<p>I have tried to work with the Department of Natural Resources reXXXXing
+many concerns I have with the construction surrounding my property. I was
+practically referred to as a liar, and DNR was informed to redirect all
+complaints I have in the future to the county code enforcement. The matter
+which I was referred to as a liar, involved the measuring of a clearance
+with a laser rangefinder under the remote supervision of a surveyor. My
+measurements were accurate, and I stand by them.</p>
