Amongst all the names associated with property sales of the are, we noticed a pattern, and it was that the same lawyer was never used twice. Which was kinda suspicious, I mean if you were planning to be involved with this sort of thing, it would seem you would find one guy and stick with him. Which would be a more economical and safer approach. The answer was not who was involved with these sales, but who was not involved, because that individual would need to appear as if there was not conflict of interest. There was only one in the area, who was missing from the list.
