The critical difference between the two being one is the result of naturally occurring circumstance, and the other being the result of malicious intent. As a result, it comes as no surprise to us that every person we encountered in the prior plan to build a solar power plant beside our home is either known to have played a role or suspect of being involved in the later plot. Which they were successful only by underhanded means of misrepresenting the truth, disregarding federal law, and cheating. + |
