Then out of nowhere a man popups +to remind them how expressing the desire is not enough to make it count legally. + +This commercial provides an excellent analogy as to how the county evaded accountability and was allowed to grant favors +for friends, conceal public information, screw taxpayers out of millions in potential earnings, and screwed our family +out of our home. Which is, regardless of being a legal executor to the estate of our parents, the county could (and did) +legally do anything they wanted and we could not do anything about it.
