The guy seems to have some Megalomaniac tendencies because everything he does is "Grand". There is no "testing" or "trying out", it all has to be big, and it all has to be now. As a result, it always impacts those around him, and if you stand up to him, he will lower himself as far as it takes, whether your right or wrong. Definitely some manic tendencies there, and it's just not necessary. None of this would have happened if he and his associates would just meet people on their own level, and deal with them in a square straight forward manner. None of this assuming what will or will not affect others, because the only people that know what will affect them are the ones being affected. You also can't decide what is or is not someone else's business either, last time it was checked, there is no eleventh commandment declaring what is and what is not someone else's business. People decide that thing on their own, for themselves, because they are the only ones who know what will have an impact on their lives. As a result, going around and telling lies, sneaking behind their back, and or concealing from other people what is or is not their business, completely undermines one's own integrity. This is one sure fire way of being accused of cheating or being crooked or dishonest. Another means of earning such a reputation is by associating oneself with other individuals who possess these traits, it is true that we are often known by the company we keep. Which is why, it is often best to found alone.

+Sean Towson is the County Administrator for Lamar County, and as such, he is responsible for processing complaints against county employees and to present those complaints to the board of commissioners. Towson has been rude to family members, openly defiant about performing his duties, and has refused to process numerous complaints without explanation.

+We were hesitant in attempting to file formal complaints, because we knew nothing would ever be done, and the complaints would be ignored. When Chief Matthews willfully refused to perform his duties as a public safety officer of the county, abandoning a seventy-year-old woman in the woods in the middle of the night, this family member felt the act was too outrageously incompetent to ignore. She does after all have a heart condition, was less than twenty-five yards away, called out to him several times, and all he had to do was say, "Call the Jail". She was not dissuaded from submitting her complaint, and she was not encouraged to do so either, as it remained her decision alone. When she did, and several weeks later contacted Mr. Towson about it, he decided he had the right to lambaste her over it, expressing an obvious disbelief, and insinuating that she was lying. He then took the opportunity tout his moral prowess, because he gave the children's sermon every Sunday at church. We are still not sure why he mentioned this, or what was the significance of it. Both members of our family had formal theological training, one attended seminary in Boston, and the other attended formal lay ministerial training. Also, the children's sermon can be given by any member of the church, so there is no special significance to it.

+A few days later, he responded to the inquiry stating that Chief Matthews was claiming he wasn't even in the county that night. Attached to his email was an affidavit Doug had drummed up __for the wrong date__. The incident occurred on __Friday evening around 10:30pm__, but the affidavit only provided testimony to Chief Matthews' whereabouts for __Thursday evening and early Friday morning.__ There was at least __twelve hours of time completely unaccounted for__, which provided more than an abundant amount of time to return home from his Father-in-law's cabin in Upson county (__30 mins away__). Regardless, of pointing out the absolute pointlessness of the affidavit, Sean refused to process the complaint, and trashed it.

+When we reported for a second time, Chief Matthews was thoroughly documented from at least two different sources __stealing time from the county more than 45 times__, Mr. Towson refused to process the complaint and responded with a sarcastic remark basically claiming because Chief Matthews was on-call a few nights a week, just like every firefighter is on call a few nights a week, this granted Chief Matthews the right to work as many hours a week as he wanted. For reference, our calculations from observations stated __an average work week of only 24 hours__. Which is less than half-time working hours for full-time wages. We will be providing this evidence in detail soon.

His recent appearance on the political stage, coincidently timed with the aftermath of his former son-in-law's collaboration and organization to ruin what we once recognized as home, could mark a shifting of the tides from the current corrupt manner in which our local government is operating.

Is he getting involved to right the wrongs done by his daughter's ex-husband, or is he getting involved to protect his daughter by covering it all up? It would be far easier to right the wrongs, than try to cover it up at this point. The truth has a way of rising to the occasion and revealing itself to those who search for it.

+More than likely, he was rooked into helping Chief Matthews move his daughter and granddaughters into a camping trailer behind Dayton house, and as such would have possession of knowledge on how it was arranged in order to prevent anyone else in the neighborhood, not even the next door neighbors, from finding it out. He would know about the three-way deal the fire chief had arranged, to "manage"(illegally broker) the sale of Bill Dayton's property in exchange for around a thirty percent discount on the price of house, and the sweat heart deal the Chief made with Shane Tyler to ensure Shane would be the only one allowed to make a bid on the other property owned by Bill Dayton at a discounted price, in exchange for using equipment owned by The Helix Group LLC without their knowledge or permission, which constitutes minor theft of equipment usage in corporate terms. Boyle knows about the months Chief Matthews took off of work to embellish upon the Dayton Home before buying it, and the habitual practice of stealing time from county taxpayers practiced by the Fire Chief.

+Having known our family for most of, if not all of his life, Mr. Boyle would know the allegations that led to the raid of our home by seven deputies were obvious fabrications, and would also be able to clarify the Fire Chief's involvement in the raid, since his own daughter appears to have been informed about it, at the latest, as it was happening. The arrest report, which led to six hours in solitary confinement and over 48 hours being detained without warning for an unknown reason, would easily be recognized as suspect of falsification.

+Most critical of all, Mr. Boyle knows his former son-in-law, Chief Matthews, is lying to county officials by claiming to be out of town, the night Chief Matthews refused to fulfill his duty as a public safety officer. That night, Chief Matthews was seen sitting in an off-road vehicle less than twenty-five yards from our oldest family member, who also possesses a heart condition, and was desperately searching for her missing son in the middle of the night. Chief Matthews knew exactly where her son was, because he was just leaving the home of the individuals who he set up a crooked real estate for and who exaggerated the events in order to have her son jailed. When she spotted him, and called out for his help, all he had to do was say, "Your son has been detained by the sheriff." Instead, Chief Matthews left her in the dark alone, and allowed for her condition to deteriorate further in despair as she continued to look for her missing son for hours. Mr. Boyle's father used to work alongside this family member, would tell jokes and have long talks with her while the two braked from work. Mr. Boyle has always treated our family with respect and integrity, and not once has failed to perform the duties assigned to him by the Georgia State Patrol. It is hard to believe Commissioner Boyle would stand for such obvious dishonest incompetence.

+Then again, if there is one thing we have learned from this ordeal, it is not to count your chickens before they hatch. There has been a lot of intentional smearing of our family, and Commissioner Boyle's daughter was married to the one who was doing it. He might actually be brainwashed enough to believe some of it, Chief Matthews must have been dedicated to filling his head with loads of it. As hard as it is to believe Commissioner Boyle didn't know what his son-in-law was doing to us, there are no signs he ever made an effort to stop it. No one will tell us what it is we are accused of, whatever it is it must be horrific, as people grit their teeth all too often for it to be a mere convenient coincidence. We have Chief Matthews and Abernathy to thank for that, and will have the Tylers and Simmons to thank for their share as well. Such unjustifiable hatred poisons everyone who touches it.
