Not all parties were involved are neighbors, and of those who are presently, are only here because of the illegal acts of a conspirator. Hilarious as it may be, the lawyer who signed off on the sale of property between. because of illegal this stuff started before they even set foot on the land across the street. You can't grant someone equal rights for communal property when it is their intent to destroy the communal property and everyone else in it.

+In respects to our position, it does not mean what took place was not illegal or wrong, it means that due to the inability of the courts to foresee how the estate will be settled and dissolved, it is unclear how the court should address the case or whom to address as the owner of the property.

The legal system views a person's Last Will and Testament as a contract between a grantee and an inheritor. Thus, by intentionally interfering with the outcome of the contract between the deceased and the inheritor, the defendant is liable.

+Bill linsey was the Attorney for the County of Lamar during our attempt to save our farm from a solar power plant. During that time, Linsey represented both the county and [Brian Alex Abernathy](/persons/babernathy.md) at the same time, which mostly to anyone would agree is presents a conflict of interest. We know this, because we received a letter in the mail stating as much.

+So, Chief Douglas Matthews, satisfied all the requirements according to state law to be considered illegally acting as an unaffiliated and unlicensed Real Estate Broker. Linsey was the attorney who processed the sale of the properties involved, allowing the real estate sale to take place. It was this act, and those present shared the largest portion of the blame for destroying our home.
