+Mrs. Buice is the newish Zoning Administrator for Lamar County, who we have had numerous difficulties working with over the past several years. She is corrupt, biased, plays favorites, will lie if it suits her, and enforces an obvious double standard. We would not be nearly this blunt, if it was not so painfully obvious.

 We practically know nothing of her outside of our dealings with role as the county's Zoning Administrator. Which appears to be another politically favored hiring by the Lamar County government. We do know she managed to get the position without any prior experience in zoning or regulatory affairs. We also have suspicions over what was the real motivation behind her hiring, was it because they knew she could be controlled, or because of political favor to someone.

She often took it up on herself to fabricate county law on the spot, and misrepresented the truth two or three times through out the dialogue. +Our first introduction to her was when she attempted to penalize us for not mowing the 2.5 acre pasture in front of the house, which she did on behalf of Jeanie Haddock. She then proceeded to threaten us with whatever zoning ordinance she could think of, and the result of which was several hundred dollars spent to satisfy her whims. Our last time speaking with her, she was violating state law, and refused to enforce $330,000 in admitted building fines, because she was friends with the developer. She is the reason our home was destroyed, and the county refused to hold her accountable for any of it. Regardless of it being so evident in writing.

+For someone, we barely know, it's crazy how it has all come to this. Admittedly, fortune did not favor us with a pleasant introduction, our memories associate the name with what was before his arrival, and what has been lost since his arrival. As the passage of time living where we do, is marked by events of what has done this time.
