 In regards to the on going violations occurring on both development projects, the violations were admitted by the developers themselves, so there was no dispute over the matter of fact regarding whether the violations occurred or not, because both parties agreed on their occurrence. Mr. Mayfield only used a legal technicality to allow the county to further ignore the mounting number of violations and the millions of dollars in potential revenue the county was refusing to pursue from the illegal activity. The technicality occurred because our property is held by the estate of our late grandmother, and because the courts are waiting for the closing of the estate to occur in order to be certain who is the actual property owner, we cannot bring the matter before the court as a property owner. It does not mean the illegal acts did not occur, nor does it mean we do not have the right to defend our inheritance, it just means we have to be the property owner to bring up the matter in a lawsuit regarding property law. It does not prevent anyone else from pursuing the matter.
