Basically anyone living beside property you plan to inherit can lawfully cheat you out of your inheritance through

"Standing" refers to an party's ability to perform legal actions against another party. When it comes to estates, the
summation of assets owned by a recently deceased individual, the legal system has always ruled that estate have no
standing, because although estates are entities in their own right, the court is unable to determine how rulings
regarding estates would benefit a party, and they unable to determine what party would benefit from a ruling. As
rational as this maybe, there are exceptions to this precedence.
