The experience of navigating of our legal system has been more than disconcerning, as it appears the greatest lie our forefathers ever told us was that we have equal rights and protection under the law. In reality though, you don't have any rights, this is an illusion.

+> Chief Matthews claims Dayton agreed to sell him his house, supposedly at the age of 12. That gives him the right to do with it whatever he wanted.
We have never been concerned with Mr. Dayton's house, and only have been there maybe once or twice in our life. Our primary concern has always been in land to sustain our way of life, land to use for farming (since we do have a degree in Horticulture and a rich family history in it), and land to sustain the legacy of our grandfather. Chief Matthews was perfectly aware of this at the time, and went out of his way to not only ensure that this was not allowed to happen, but that it would never have a chance of ever happening. Shane Tyler, Erica's Husband, was told this directly to his face, and was very aware of our frustration of having the Fire Chief destroy our hopes. His response was to develop the land into a subdivision. Which aligned itself with the reputation that preceded him. He had the option of selling us some of the land, it was obvious he joined in the game of slandering our family's reputation with the property owner on with adjacent land. Whatever he told him, the guy avoided us, and ignored our attempts to inquire about purchasing the remainder of his land. Which was later purchased by Erica's father who built a subdivision on it.
-Either Mr. Dayton wasn't the great guy we all thought he was, or Chief Matthews filled Mr. Dayton's youngest son with so much garbage about us, he believed he was justified in allowing our family to be severely hurt. We know this because Chief Matthews knowing the contents of the letters we had mailed to Mr. Dayton. Especially the contents of the last letter, where we thanked Matthew for destroying our home. The fact that other members of Dayton's family admitted to not having anything to do with the estate, clearly places burden on Mr. Dayton's youngest son, and in turn Chief Matthews.
+Either Mr. Dayton wasn't the great guy we all thought he was, or Chief Matthews filled Mr. Dayton's youngest son with so much garbage about us, he believed he was justified in allowing our family to be severely hurt. We know this because every individual we have come across who is associated with Chief Matthews has inevitably treated us like trash, and possessed a mysterious aggression towards us, we are completely not responsible for causing. Chief Matthews did confirm himself he knew the contents of the letters we had mailed to Matt's father, and the only way he could have known that was because Matt shared them with him. Especially the contents of the last letter, where we thanked Matthew for destroying our home. The fact that other members of Dayton's family admitted to not having anything to do with the estate, and were completely unaware of the letters or our attempts to contact their father, clearly places burden on Mr. Dayton's youngest son, and in turn Chief Matthews.
-As mentioned in the profiles section, we had own seen Mr. Dayton's son once or twice in our life, and never spoken to him at length. So, the only reason he would have for hating our family would be the fault of Chief Matthews. The fate of the property across the street was never meant to rest in Doug's hands, because at one time Dayton had placed on the market for sale, and don't forget Shane did say it was for sale. \ No newline at end of file
+As mentioned in the profiles section, we had only seen Mr. Dayton's son, Matt, once or twice in our life, and never spoken to him at any length. So, the only reason he would have for hating our family would be the result of what was related to him by Doug Matthews. It is our belief, Mr. Dayton would never have put us in the position Doug and Matt left us in. There was no animosity between us, and we have too much respect to believe it was his intentions. Which is something we have always thought was odd about the arrangement. Why were we more concerned with respecting the late memory of Mr. Dayton more than Doug or his son was?
+
+The fate of the property across the street was never understood to rest in Doug's hands, that's Doug's fabrication, because at one time Dayton had placed the property on the real estate market, and we were under the belief that he either wanted to hang on to it, or gentle Mr. Massey desired it. Furthermore, Shane Tyler did state the property was was for sale. \ No newline at end of file

### Merely referring does not require license
-Through our experience with several attorneys, we have discovered there is some confusion over the legality of selling real estate without a license, regardless of it being so clearly defined in the state's statutes. After deliberation, we resolved to attribute much of this confusion to the following opinion issued by the Georgia Attorney General in 1953, which gives variance on individuals who casually refers someone to a property they are aware of being sold. The legality of this being hinged upon the referrer not receiving compensation for his referral. As stated in O.C.G.A. 43-40-1, this compensation can come in the form of a "fee, commission, or any other valuable consideration."[^2]. So, compensation is not exclusively required to take place in monetary value.

Person who procures a purchaser for real estate, but who does not accept any compensation therefor, does not violate law requiring all real estate dealers to first procure a license, notwithstanding fact that such person does charge a fee for services in procuring a loan incident to purchase of such property. 1952-53 Ga. Op. Att'y Gen. 410.
