+Criminology being the study of crime, and for us, a crime is exactly what has took place. Especially, considering the
+amount of premeditation that took place. What we are concerned with is the methodology of investigation and the
+formulation of proof. As we are fairly certain the whos and the whats will eventually be discovered, but proving this
+with certainty is another matter.
+
+During research we came across a research paper discusing the mathmatics of criminal justice, specifically the
+statistics behind measurements of proof and probabilities of guilt. We wanted to take the time to write down some of
+these formulations for further reflection on our own work.
